My name is Will, I'm a Chef and a Sailor for the government of Canada. I have a great work/life balance, I live in a peaceful community along the water on an island called Cape Breton. I have a wonderful family and a Great Pyrenees named Willow, she's a gentle dog. I love to travel, I've cooked across Canada in my 20's, ran a kitchen in Austria and taught cooking in my 30's and started my current job 8 years ago. I love my profession and creative aspect to cooking that can make people happy. It's a difficult job at times, but worth the effort. It's given me a happy life. I live in an 80 year old farmhouse with a fireplace and character. A brook runs through the property, I've lived here for 7 years and each year I continue cleaning and planting Sakura trees and flower gardens. I've been playing guitar for 20 years and started playing piano, I love to play and sing. I have been to Russia before and I have been learning Russian for the past year, my skills are still basic, but I like learning new things and growing.
